Shipping times and prices:

We ship worldwide. We ask that customers allow 7 working days for processing of items as we set the stones to order, plus an additional:
2-3 days for shipping within the UK (free with second-class delivery, or £6 with 24-hour tracked
delivery)
3-5 days for shipping within Europe (£3)
6-7 days internationally (£8)

Warranty

All Rêvie necklaces come with a one-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase. However, the warranty only applies to the inner-workings of the device (the electronics/NFC chip) and not to damage caused by wear-and-tear, or breakage due to dropping or misuse.

Repairs are offered under the warranty, in the unlikely event that the NFC chip malfunctions. Repairs can be arranged by sending an email to us at Revie.jewellery@outlook.com. The cost of shipping will be refunded once the damaged item is received.

Is my Phone compatible?

All Iphone’s from Iphone 7 and higher and 95% of android phones are compatible with our Rêvie necklaces. If you are unsure if your phone is compatible with our necklaces then search up if your specific phone has NFC compatibility.

My Iphone won’t scan my Rêvie necklace

It is possible that the NFC functionality has been turned off on your Iphone and so you are unable to scan your Rêvie necklace, You can turn this feature back on by tapping the NFC button in the control centre.

If the button is not visible on your screen, you may need to add it to the Control Center. Proceed as follows:

  1. First open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Then select the option “Control Center”.
  3. Scroll down and tap the green plus button to the left of “NFC Tag Reader”.

The iPhone XS (Max), iPhone XR, iPhone 11 as well as iPhone 11 Pro (Max) and iPhone SE (2nd gen.) Do not have this button but can scan your Rêvie necklace automatically as soon as the iPhone screen is switched on without having to start the NFC Tag Reader first.

My Samsung phone won’t scan my Rêvie necklace:

It is possible that the NFC functionality has been turned off on your Samsung and so you are unable to scan
your Rêvie necklace.
To turn NFC back on:

  1. Go to settings
  2. Tap connections
  3. Tap NFC and contactless payments
  4. Tap the switch to turn NFC on

How to care for your Rêvie necklace

Although your Rêvie necklace is waterproof and made from the finest materials you should still take care of it to make sure it keeps its beautiful finish.

cleanClean your Rêvie necklace after use or immediately after being wet with a soft cloth to help it keep its beautiful finish

perfumeAvoid spraying perfume directly on your jewellery. Always put on your necklace after applying perfume.

showerWe recommend removing your necklace before showering to keep it shiny for longer.

lotionsKeep away from Lotions and creams as they contain acidic ingredients that can react to your necklace.

storageStore in a cool, dry place preferably away from other jewellery.

swimmingRemove your necklace before swimming as chlorine and sea water will react with the metals and can cause it to tarnish quicker.

bedRemove your Rêvie necklace before going to bed.

exerciseRemove before doing exercise to limit contact with sweat.

How to upload photos and videos to your Rêvie necklace

  1. Make an account here.
  2. Go to your “My Necklaces” page.
  3. Enter the name of your necklace and your unique necklace code, which you can find in the box or it will have
    been sent to you by email.
  4. Click on your necklace to enter the editing page.
  5. Choose between different background themes and colors, leave messages and upload all your favourite
    photos and video to be sent instantly to your Rêvie necklace.

How to get more photo and video slots?

If you would like to store more photos or videos on your Rêvie necklace then you can purchase more photo slots here. Once you have purchased your new photo or video slot a code will be emailed to you which you will be able to enter at the bottom of your necklace editing page.

Does my Rêvie necklace need charging?

Our necklaces don’t have a power source meaning they do not need charging, are waterproof, and will last forever.

Does my Rêvie necklace emit harmful radiation?

NO, Our Rêvie necklaces are completely safe and do not emit any harmful radiation.

How are our necklaces made?

Our necklaces are hand-made by skilled and experienced jewellers here in the UK, each necklace is made from the finest materials and goes through rigorous quality control measures to make sure they are all perfect.
